From humble beginnings in Nashik to becoming a pan-India infrastructure leader
Founded by visionary Mr. Anil B. Lodha (B.E. Civil, COEP, 1982) in Nashik, Maharashtra. Started as a local construction contractor focusing on residential and small commercial projects.
Expanded operations across Maharashtra, undertaking institutional projects like Symbiosis School & College (1998). Diversified into industrial and commercial construction sectors.
Ventured into infrastructure projects including bridges (Holkar Bridge, Nashik - 2003) and major industrial projects for companies like Graphite India, Mahindra Intertrade, and Xpro India.
Expanded operations nationally with projects in Jharkhand, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu. Mr. Darshan Anil Lodha (Civil Engineering graduate with Distinction, 2012) joined the business and gained ground experience across India.
Mr. Darshan Anil Lodha began managing the business independently. Focus on digitization, operational efficiencies, and expanding into roads, railways, and industrial infrastructure projects.
Continued focus on technology adoption, sustainable practices, and maintaining reputation for quality, timely execution, and competitive costing across all Indian states.

Experience: Gained 5 years of ground experience across Gujarat, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra before independently managing the business from 2017.
Vision: Focus on digitization, operational efficiencies, and expanding company's footprint in roads, railways, and industrial projects.
